This website is operated by Wando Internet Solutions GmbH, Hardenbergplatz 2, 10623 Berlin (so-called ‘controller’ under data protection law). Protection of your personal data is very important to us. We treat this subject very carefully and therefore are informing you below on how we deal with your personal data.

1. General Information

To the extent we collect, manage process or make use of (“use”) your personal data, this is only done on the basis of German and European data protection law. You may visit our website and inform yourself without having to state any personal information. During your visit to our homepage you then basically remain anonymous. You are giving personal information voluntarily, for instance, when you use our contact function. This personal information may comprise: first name and last name, email address. We use this personally related data in order to answer your enquiry. With every access to our website usage data is transmitted to the internet browser in question and stored in protocol data, so-called server logfiles. The data records stored in this way contain the following data: Date and time of retrieval, name of the page called up, IP address, referrer URL (origin URL from which you got to our website), the volume of data transmitted as well as product and version information about the browser used. We save the server logfiles for a period of seven days in order to further improve our product and make it more user friendly, to find and repair errors faster and to control server capacity. To the extent we use data for a purpose that requires your consent under legal regulations, we will in each case ask you for your explicit consent. Of course, you may at any time revoke consent once given, and/or object to future usage of your data. 2. Use of cookies

Cookies are small files that are saved on your data medium and which store certain settings and data for swapping with our system via your browser. 3. Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (“Google”). The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website is as a rule transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have activated IP anonymization on this website. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. 4. Use of Google conversion tracking

This website uses Google Inc.'s conversion tracking tool (“Google”) in order to measure how users interact with our advertisements. To do this, Google puts a cookie on your computer if you have gotten to a Google advertisement via our presentation. In this way we can track that someone has clicked on an advertisement, been redirected to our website and reached a predetermined target page. We learn the total number of users who have clicked on our advertisements and which clicks led to a specific action. The cookies lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve to identify you personally. We do not obtain any information with which a user can be personally identified. Users that do not want to take part in tracking can delete the Google conversion tracking cookie under the specific user settings via their internet browser or deactivate them altogether. 5. Use of Bing conversion tracking

This website uses the conversion tracking of Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA). When doing so, Microsoft Bing Ads places a cookie on your computer if you have reached our presentation via a Microsoft Bing advertisement. Microsoft Bing and we can in that way recognize that someone has clicked on an advertisement, been redirected to our website and reached a previously determined target page. We learn in this way only the total number of users who have clicked on a Bing advertisement and then been redirected to the conversion page. No personal information is communicated to identify the user. If you do not want to participate in the tracking process you can also reject the placement of a cookie required for this, among other things with the browser setting that in general deactivates the automatic placement of cookies. 6. Optimizely web analysis

This website uses the web analysis service Optimizely from Optimizely Inc., 631 Howard Street, Suite 100, San Francisco, CA 94105/ USA. By means of Optimizely we can, by performing so-called “A/B tests,” track and analyze how changes to our website influence user behavior and the user experience. For this, so-called cookies are put to use, in other words small text files that are stored on your computer and with whose assistance an analysis of user behavior is possible. The information generated by the cookies about your use of the website is, as a rule, transmitted to an Optimizely server in the USA and stored there.
